We had a fantastic stay in this hotel by the lake. The room was very well appointed with great views of the city. The shower was a rain style which was wonderful and the bed very comfortable. The WiFi worked really well which was a bonus. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, eager to please the customer.

Although the breakfast buffet had a good variety of choices, there were not many options for Western-style dishes. Also, the lack of nearby dining options made it difficult to venture out for a romantic dinner. We wish the hotel could have provided more suggestions for local restaurants.

The venue provided the luxurious amenities I needed. The spa and indoor swimming pool were divine, and the restaurant offered a special diet menu that accommodated my needs. The bar/lounge area was lively, and the private facilities were exclusive. The garden area was a charming place to unwind and relax.

There was a minor issue with language barriers at the hotel, but it was resolved by a helpful attendant who spoke English. It could have been more convenient if more employees spoke the language.
